My personal experience.

I had an early morning appointment, but I got delayed on the San Mateo Bridge. I texted the dentist's office just to let them know that I was running 30 minutes late. As I reached the dentist's, I was greeted with tenderness, love, and care, meaning wholeheartedly, and got to the dentist's chair without any further delay. There is a reason why I drive all the way from Union City to San Bruno is because of the nice and friendly staff, the superb down-to-earth attitude of the Dentist himself, and the clean place of the clinic. I have and always will be recommending this dental office to all my friends and family. Once again, thank you so much for helping me with my dental needs and being so helpful with my schedules accommodating me even when I am late. Love you guys.
